Ingredients:

  • 4/5 kale leaves
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • Handful of parsley leaves
  • A table spoon of coconut oil
  • An inch of ginger.


Procedure

Wash the kale leaves, carrots and beet root at first Then   cut the apple in some small pieces Pour the all ingredients into the food processor except coconut oil and blend until it is not done. After blending properly take them in a glass and mix the coconut oil.

  • 2/3 apples
  • 2 small beets
  • 3 cups of blackberries
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • Ice cube


Procedure

Dice the apples, beets into some small pieces.  Put pieces of apple beets and blackberries and ginger into the food processor. Blend them until it is not thicken properly. After blending properly pour them into glasses and mix ice cube to add more taste.
